Singapore education fair launched in Myanmar second largest city

YANGON, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- A Singapore education fair launched in Myanmar's second largest city of Mandalay Saturday to pursue diploma, master degree and other bachelor degree in that country.

Sponsored by the AT and S Co., Ltd, which is an education agency in Mandalay, the education fair is taking place at Hotel Mandalay in the city.

A total of six Singapore state and private schools namely --Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS), PSB Academy, TMC Academy, Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers , Curtin University and Shatec Institutes, are involved in the fair.

There have been more and more Singapore institutes extending such scholarships to Myanmar students. These institutes include MDIS , ERC, Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM), PSB Academy and TMC Private College of International and TMC Academy.

The scholarships cover those for pursuing master degree or diplomas in tourism and hospitality management, finance, economy and computer game creation, journalism, mass communications, public relations, accounting and finance, international business management and marketing, logistics management, e-business and e-commerce, construction management and property.
